What’s new
Timbre is actively built, and this is the record of it rather than a claim about it — what changed, what it means for you, and when it landed.

More than one way to get started
If a trial stalls before anything is set up, it's rarely the software — it's knowing where to begin. So instead of asking the same question again, Timbre now suggests a different way in each time: pick one person to get feedback on; describe what you want to know in a sentence and let Conductor draft the rest; start from feedback you already have in a spreadsheet; or have us set the first one up with you. Longer trials, like the founding offer, now get a short check-in every couple of weeks instead of going quiet. And if a campaign is live but responses are slow, you'll hear that it's normal — and that a reminder only goes to the people who haven't answered yet. Every message is still checked against your account before it's sent, so you'll never be asked to do something you've already done.

A straight answer if your team is bigger than the plan
The published plan covers up to 50 people, and until now the page was vague about what happens if you have more than that — so teams who were a good fit assumed they weren't one. They are. Above 50 we price it for your size, and you can start that either by sending an email or by booking a call, whichever you'd rather. The email option is the point. Finding out roughly what something costs shouldn't require putting a meeting in your calendar first.

A hand at the point you get stuck
Starting a feedback round is easy to put down and hard to pick back up. Timbre now notices where you actually stopped and writes to you about that one thing — and only that one thing. Nothing set up yet? A note about the single decision that unblocks everything else: who to ask about first. Campaign drafted but never sent? The two questions that usually hold people there, answered. Responses arriving? We'll tell you, because that's the bit worth seeing. It never nudges you about something you've already done, it's at most one message, and none of them is about your subscription.

See exactly what we're shipping
This page. Every meaningful change to Timbre, in plain English, with a date on it. We're a young product and "is this still being built?" is a fair question — this is the answer, kept up to date rather than claimed.

Help finding its feet, offered up front
Getting a first useful result out of a feedback tool is the hard part, so a person will do it with you: answer a question within one working day, spend half an hour on a call, or build your first campaign alongside you — your people, your questions, ready to send. It's included on every plan and during the free trial. It was always there; now it's on the Features page instead of buried in an FAQ.

90 days free for our first customers
The first three teams to join get 90 days rather than 14, in exchange for an honest feedback call and permission to use their name. Long enough to run a campaign, follow it with a pulse, and see whether anything actually moved — which is the only real test of a feedback tool.

One price, and you can see it
Timbre is now $49 a month, or $470 a year, for up to 50 people — every feature included, and the price locked for twelve months from the day you sign up. No per-person arithmetic, no tiers to compare, and nothing held back for a bigger plan. Signing up takes four fields and no credit card.

Bring the feedback you already have
If you've run a survey before — in a spreadsheet, another tool, exit interview notes — you can upload it and get an AI culture report on day one, instead of waiting out a full survey cycle. It's kept separate from anything Timbre measures itself, so imported history can never quietly distort your trends.

Sign in with your company's identity provider
Single sign-on via OpenID Connect — Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta or anything else that speaks it. Your IT team connects it once and people sign in without another password. Included in the plan rather than sold as an upgrade.

A second factor on your account
Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app or emailed codes, with recovery codes in case you lose the device. Optional for everyone, and you can trust a browser for 30 days so it isn't asked for every time.

The AI analysis is on every plan
Reading what people actually wrote is the reason to run anonymous feedback at all, so it isn't a premium feature any more. Themes, sentiment, individual profiles and the culture report are part of the plan.

Describe the campaign you want, in plain English
Conductor drafts a campaign from a sentence — who it's for, what you want to learn, how often. It asks a clarifying question before it plans rather than guessing, and you review and edit everything before a single email goes out.

Try the whole thing without signing up
The live demo opens a populated sample company: real reports, real AI analysis, nothing to fill in. It's read-only, so nothing you click can break it, and no account or credit card is involved.
